What most makes Saint Ann School a Catholic/Christian place to be?

  1. BulletWell, everything. Our uniforms, which show we are Catholic by looking neat and tidy. When you come into our school, there are statues of Jesus and Mary throughout the halls. We go to church every other Friday and have religion class everyday. This shows that we want to learn about our faith. During Lent, we have special announcements on the speaker. In Advent, we light a candle every Monday morning to prepare for the birth of Jesus. We are Catholic in so many ways, but above all, we praise God by having a loving atmosphere.  (Anna K.)

  2. BulletThe thing that makes Saint Ann School most Catholic is its prayers. If someone walked into our school in the morning during announcements, they would hear Ms. Cosgriff’s voice saying the meaningful reflection of the day. If someone walked in right before lunch, they would hear the classes saying the prayer “Bless Us O Lord” thanking God for our food. If someone walked in at the end of the day, they would heat the students saying the “Act of Contrition” asking mercy for their sins that day. Saint Ann School’s prayers are what make it most Catholic.  (Katie K.)

  3. BulletReligion makes St. Ann Catholic School a place to be.  We learn about Jesus, his life and important events in his life, including the miracles.  We are learning about the Sacraments.  I think religion class is fun and interesting.  (Regan A.)
