Tuition Assistance

If you believe you may be eligible, you should apply for tuition assistance.  To determine Diocesan tuition assistance eligibility you must complete an application through the Private School Aid Service (PSAS).  PSAS is a third party evaluator of tuition assistance eligibility.  PSAS takes into account things like household income, number of children in the family, and assets.  The information that PSAS requires is simple and straightforward.  A copy of the application can be obtained by contacting the school office at (216) 932-4177.

To determine Parish tuition assistance eligibility you must complete a FACTS Management Grant and Aid form.  FACTS is also a third party evaluator of tuition assistance eligibility.  A copy of the application may be obtained by contacting the school office at (216) 932-4177.

30% of our students receive some form of tuition assistance each year.

Answers to Frequently Asked Financial Questions...

  1. Who qualifies for financial assistance & how much assistance can I expect?

  2. Financial assistance is based upon your family’s income, number of dependents and any extenuating circumstances; therefore, no specific dollar amount automatically qualifies your family. Financial assistance awards vary depending on your family’s financial situation.

  3. When will I be notified of how much assistance I have been granted?

  4. Once you have completed the necessary financial assistance application and a third party provider has analyzed this information, the school office will inform you of any award you may be eligible to receive.  This notification occurs soon after the school has the information necessary to determine an award.

  5. What if I decide not to accept the financial assistance award — do I receive the registration fee back?

  6. No.  The registration fee is non-refundable.

  7. Is there a discount for paying in full?

  8. There is a $100 deduction for tuition paid in full by June 15, 2009.

  9. Is there a finder fee for helping recruit students?

  10. We currently do not offer this incentive program.

  11. What if my financial situation changes during the school year?

  12. In some cases the family’s financial situation changes during the school year. In these cases, the family is encouraged to speak with the principal.
